The Best Chunky Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe avocados, chopped
  • 1 small roma tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1 jalapeƱo, diced (seeds and removed if you don't want it spicy)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and lightly mash to achieve desired texture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
