I served this gravy with the Field Roast Hazelnut Cranberry Roast en Croute for my family's vegetarian Thanksgiving. You simply need to reheat this in the microwave or in a saucepan. The flavor is good but very basic, derived mostly from soy sauce, onions, carrots, and celery. I barely picked up on the rosemary that's listed among the ingredients. The texture is quite thick, and as it cools it takes on a somewhat gelatinous appearance. It contains a good amount of vegetable oil but doesn't have a greasy mouthfeel.
Would I Repurchase?: This is a good option for premade gravy, but in the future I'll probably take the extra time to prepare my own mushroom gravy.
